Terms of study
These terms cover enrolment and use of the website at reason-passagefield.click. They apply to Swing Chart Studio, the Private Chart Review, the Two-Day Structure Workshop, and any later sitting the academy confirms in writing.
Acceptance
Writing to the desk, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting means you accept these terms. If you enrol on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company to the fee. A seat is still personal: the person named on the confirmation is the person who sits.
The service you are buying
You are buying classroom time and, where the rate sheet says so, a printed chart pack. Instructors teach swing-trading chart analysis. You keep the decision to place, hold, or exit any trade. The academy does not hold client funds, does not operate a brokerage account, and does not send trade alerts. Materials and spoken comments are educational. Past marks on a chart do not predict a result in a later week.
Seats and conduct
Studio seats number twelve. Workshop seats number no more than sixteen. A private review is one person. You may not record audio or video in the room without written consent from the academy and from the other people present. You may not mark another student’s sheet. Abuse, harassment, or arrival under the influence of alcohol ends the evening for that person; the refund page explains what portion of the fee, if any, returns.
Intellectual property
Printed packs, shared examples, and the wording of the journal remain the property of Reason Passagefield Academy Co., Ltd. You receive a licence to use the pack for your own study and your own trading notes. You may not sell, scan for public posting, or republish the pack. Your notebook, written in your hand, is yours. You grant the academy no right to publish your notebook. Short quotations you send as a testimonial are used only with your consent.
Website use
The site describes the academy and collects inquiries. You agree not to misuse the inquiry form, attempt to break the site, or present the pages as an offer from anyone other than the academy. Fees shown are invitations to enrol, not a contract, until the academy confirms your seat by email.
Liability
To the extent Thai law allows, the academy is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, travel costs, or decisions you make after a sitting. The academy is liable for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, and for any other liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the fee you paid for the sitting in question.
Cancellations
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows are set out on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have as a consumer under mandatory Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act where it applies to your information.
