Data controller

The controller is Reason Passagefield Academy Co., Ltd., 102/4 Sathorn Tai Rd, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120. Telephone 023851137. Email hello@reason-passagefield.click. Write to that address for privacy requests. The academy does not appoint a separate representative outside Thailand.

What we collect

From the inquiry form: your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. If you enrol, we also keep the fee record, the seat confirmation, and attendance notes such as a missed Tuesday and a makeup hour. We do not ask for a national ID, a brokerage login, account numbers, or details of your positions beyond what you choose to write.

The site stores a consent choice in local storage on your device under the key reason-passagefield-consent. That choice is not sent to the academy’s server.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data to answer you and, if you enrol, to arrange the seat, the printed pack, and a makeup hour. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and the academy’s legitimate interest in running a small classroom. We do not use your data to build an advertising audience.

Retention

Unanswered or declined inquiries are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Enrolment records, including invoices and attendance, are kept for five years after the sitting ends, because that period matches ordinary accounting practice in Thailand. You may ask for earlier deletion where the law allows it and no invoice duty remains.

Your rights

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to a use based on legitimate interest, and ask for a copy in a portable form where the processing is based on contract. You may withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. We reply to rights requests within thirty days, or we tell you why a request needs longer.

International transfers

Correspondence may pass through the academy’s email host. That host can store messages on servers outside Thailand. When that happens, the academy relies on the host’s contractual safeguards and on the fact that the message was sent so we can answer an inquiry you started. You may ask which host is in use at the time you write. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it to a broker or a marketing list.

Sharing

Instructors Niran Chaiyasit and Mali Thongchai see the notes they need to teach you. A bookkeeper sees the invoice. We share data with a public authority only when Thai law requires it.
