Technical analysis training
Eight evenings with a pencil on the weekly chart
Reason Passagefield Academy teaches swing-trading chart analysis at one lacquered table in Sathorn. Students mark swing highs, pullbacks, and retests by hand, then write the reason beside the mark before they leave.

How a passage is marked
From one swing to the next, with the reason left on the page
The academy takes its name from a habit, not from a product. A passage is the stretch of chart between a swing low and the next swing high, or the other way around. The field is the sheet itself. Students are asked to walk that stretch in pencil and to refuse a mark they cannot explain in one sentence.
The work is technical analysis in the old sense: price bars, volume underneath, and levels that already printed. The room does not watch a live account, and it does not hand out a list of names for the morning. People who already swing their own trades come to slow the chart down.

By the fourth Tuesday I had to leave a crossed-out swing on the page. I had been rewriting the earlier month to match the later one.

Where a swing high actually sits
A swing high is a bar with lower highs on both sides, not the highest wick you wish you had sold.
Reading a pullback after the weekly bar breaks
When a weekly close leaves a range, the daily chart often walks back toward the break. The walk is not automatically an entry.
