Refunds and cancellations

How to ask

Write to hello@reason-passagefield.click or telephone 023851137 with the name on the seat, the sitting, and whether you want a refund or a move to a later date. The academy confirms the request in writing.

Swing Chart Studio

A full refund of tuition, including the 4,000 THB deposit, is available if you cancel at least fourteen days before the first Tuesday. A cancellation between thirteen and seven days before the first Tuesday receives half of the tuition back. Inside seven days, the deposit is kept and the remainder is refunded only if the seat is filled by another student. After the second evening has been held, tuition is not refunded. The work of the course has started, and the printed pack has been issued.

If the academy cancels the studio, you receive a full refund or a seat in the next studio, at your choice.

Private Chart Review

Cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight hours before the appointment for a full refund or a new time. One reschedule is included in the fee. A no-show, or a cancellation inside forty-eight hours, keeps the fee. If the instructor cancels, you receive a full refund or the next open evening.

Two-Day Structure Workshop

A full refund is available until ten days before the Saturday. Between nine days and the Friday before, half the fee is refunded. After the Saturday morning session has begun, the fee is not refunded. If fewer than eight people have paid two weeks prior and the academy calls off the weekend, everyone enrolled receives a full refund or a place on the next weekend.

Rescheduling

A studio student may move to the next studio once, if the request arrives before the second evening and a seat remains. A workshop student may move once under the same notice as a full refund. Private reviews follow the forty-eight hour rule above.

No-shows

A missed Tuesday in the studio is not a cancellation. Tell the desk the next morning and use the makeup hour. Missing the makeup hour as well does not create a refund. A no-show at a private review or at the workshop follows the windows above.

Materials and work already started

Printed chart packs that have already been produced for you are non-refundable even when tuition is partly returned. Their cost is 600 THB, deducted from the refund if the pack has left the printer. Pencils and tea are not refunded as separate items. Instruction already delivered — a private hour that took place, a workshop day that started, or two studio evenings — is not reversed.

Method and timing

Approved refunds return to the account or card that paid the invoice, in Thai baht. Processing takes up to fourteen business days after the academy confirms the refund in writing. The academy does not refund in cash at the door.

Exceptions

If a public holiday forces a Tuesday onto Wednesday, that move is not a cancellation by either side. If you cannot attend the Wednesday, the makeup hour applies. Illness with a note from a clinic may move a private review once outside the forty-eight hour window; it does not refund a studio that has already passed the second evening.
