Cookies
This page describes what cookies are, what this site actually stores, and how to refuse or remove that storage. It belongs with the privacy notice.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to keep and send back later. Local storage is a related drawer in the browser. It stays on your device and is not automatically sent with every request. The academy uses local storage for the consent choice and does not set an analytics cookie.
Types used here
Essential storage is the consent record, so the banner does not return on every page once you have chosen. Analytics cookies are not in use. No advertising cookie is set by the academy. If that changes, this table will be updated before the new cookie is set, and the banner will ask again.

Third-party requests
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google’s servers and is subject to Google’s own policies. The academy does not receive a copy of any cookie Google may set during that request. If you block third-party requests, the pages still read in the browser’s fallback serif and monospace faces.
How to manage or disable storage
Use Reject on the banner to record a refusal. Accept records permission for optional cookies, of which there are currently none. You can also clear local storage in your browser settings for reason-passagefield.click. Blocking all cookies in the browser does not lock the courses, the journal, or the inquiry form.
Impact of disabling
If you clear the consent key, the banner appears again. Nothing else on the site depends on it. Disabling Google Fonts changes the letter shapes only. The inquiry form still sends to the static response the site uses for practice, and the classroom address and telephone remain visible.
